Fire, water, earth and air are how a kitchen actually works — heat, moisture, season, texture. Our menus are built the same way, and every one of them can be served as written or rebuilt entirely around you.

Technique comes from professional kitchens.
Everything else comes from working inside someone's home.
Timing and discretion. Knowing that Tuesday lunch matters as much as Saturday dinner. We cook Italian and Mediterranean food with a contemporary hand: fresh produce, honest methods, nothing heavier than it needs to be.
We don't treat healthy and luxury as opposites. The same judgement applies to both: which fat, which combinations work, how to balance a dish, which temperature. High-protein, low-carb, plant-forward or entirely bespoke, the menu follows how you live, not the other way round.

Behind Elements
Krzysztof Gasienica trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and five-star hotels in Italy, including Palazzo del Quirinale in Rome, before moving into private households in Dubai. Italian trained, with Polish roots, cooking for private families, royal households and yachts across the Emirates and the Mediterranean.
