Who we are

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking
Submitting a request through this website, WhatsApp, email or any other communication channel does not by itself create a confirmed booking.
A booking is confirmed only when Elements confirms it in writing and any payment or deposit required by the applicable quotation has been received.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website represent indicative per-person costs based on standard menu compositions. They are not a final confirmed price.
A final price may depend on confirmed guest numbers, menu composition, premium or seasonal ingredients, custom requests, venue requirements, access and logistics, travel, staffing, equipment hire and other event-specific requirements. Any variation is communicated to you before a booking is confirmed.
Quotations and payment
Payment amounts, due dates, any deposit requirement and the payment schedule are specified in the applicable quotation or booking confirmation issued to you.
Changes to the date, guest numbers, menu, scope of services or other requirements may require revised pricing, which will be communicated before any change is confirmed.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms, any associated charges or credits, and refund arrangements are governed by the applicable quotation or booking confirmation provided at the time of booking, and by applicable UAE law.
Guest numbers and event information
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including adult and child guest numbers, the event date, location, venue and access details, and any specific requirements for your occasion.
Changes to any of these details may affect quantities, staffing, logistics, availability and final pricing, and must be communicated to us as early as possible.
Menus and ingredients
Our menus are subject to ingredient quality, seasonality and availability. If an ingredient cannot be sourced at the standard we require, we may propose an appropriate substitution in consultation with you.
Menu compositions shown on this website are representative. The final menu for your booking is agreed during the booking process and confirmed in writing.
Allergies and dietary requirements
You must disclose all known allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements — for yourself and all guests — before your booking is confirmed. We take all reasonable care in planning and preparing for disclosed requirements.
We do not guarantee a completely allergen-free environment unless this has been expressly confirmed in writing for your specific booking. We cannot accept responsibility for reactions arising from requirements that were not disclosed to us in advance.
Venue and access
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the venue, access arrangements, kitchen facilities, and any restrictions or permissions that apply. This includes yacht berth details, villa or apartment access, and building or estate regulations where relevant.
Where venue conditions differ materially from what was communicated, Elements reserves the right to adjust the scope of service or pricing accordingly.
Specialist partners
Some elements of a booking may involve specialist partners coordinated by Elements — for example additional service staff, sommeliers, floral styling, equipment hire, or specialist ingredient sourcing. Where this applies, it is communicated to you in advance and reflected in the quotation.
Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for a failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances genuinely beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, transport disruption, or other events that could not reasonably have been anticipated or avoided.
If a concern arises about the delivery of your booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can work together to find a solution.
Intellectual property
The Elements brand, this website, our menus, written content, photography, design and other proprietary material belong to Elements or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
We do not acquire any right to publish photography of your private event. Any use of images from a booking would be agreed with you separately and in writing in advance.
Discretion
We treat everything that takes place during a booking — in a private residence, on board, or at any other venue — as strictly confidential. We do not publish client names, event details or photographs of private occasions. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and do not purport to waive any rights you may hold under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page is updated accordingly. Continued use of this website after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
