Who we are

This website is operated by PLACEHOLDER_CONTROLLER_NAME, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything relating to your personal data, write to PLACEHOLDER_PRIVACY_EMAIL.

What we collect

Only what you type into the request form: your name, email address, phone number, and the details you choose to give us about the occasion — location, dates, number of guests, dietary requirements and any notes.

We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request, prepare a proposal, and provide the service if you go ahead. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Legal basis

For enquiries, your consent, given when you submit the form. For clients, performance of the agreement between us.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards them to our email inbox. The site is hosted by Vercel. Both operate outside the European Economic Area, and we are based in the United Arab Emirates, so your data is transferred and stored outside the EEA.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Where a service provider is involved in delivering your event — for example service staff or a sommelier — we share only what is necessary for them to do their work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for PLACEHOLDER_RETENTION and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet any legal or accounting obligations.

Cookies

PLACEHOLDER_COOKIES — pick one of the two versions below before launch and delete the other.

(a) If no tracking is added: This site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. It stores one small setting in your browser to remember whether you prefer the light or dark version of the site. That setting stays on your device and is never sent to us.

(b) If analytics or advertising pixels are added: this section must be rewritten and a consent banner added before those tools go live.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to PLACEHOLDER_PRIVACY_EMAIL and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Discretion

Separately from this notice, we treat everything that happens in a client's home or on board as confidential. We do not publish client names, photographs or details of private events, and we sign non-disclosure agreements on request.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
